​​​JODA reserves the right to amend membership categories, associated benefits, conditions, and fee structures at any time, with or without prior notice. By applying for membership, individuals and organizations expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and any supplemental rules, policies, or guidelines that may be published or communicated by JODA. Misrepresentation, misuse of membership status, or conduct inconsistent with JODA’s mission and values may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund or liability.

Membership fees are non-refundable, including in the event of early withdrawal, termination, or suspension of membership.

By applying for membership, applicants consent to receiving communications from JODA and to the limited use of organizational information for networking, reporting, or promotional purposes, subject to JODA’s privacy practices.
