This training provides a comprehensive guide to understanding and engaging in Asian Development Bank (ADB)–funded projects. Drawing on extensive personal and professional experience, it covers ADB’s profile, market trends, advantages and challenges for bidders, practical “5S” strategies for proposal preparation, and case studies illustrating successful and unsuccessful bids. This resource is designed to equip companies, consultants, and institutions with the knowledge and practical tools needed to navigate ADB procurement processes effectively and improve competitiveness in international development markets.

2. ADB CV Preparation Essentials, 2024 June

This training is a practical guide for understanding how expert CVs are evaluated in Asian Development Bank (ADB) proposals. It explains the role of the Consultant Selection Committee (CSC), the use of evaluation criteria and scoring sheets, and the specific point distribution for international, national, and non-key experts across different proposal types. The guide details what evaluators look for in qualifications, project experience, and international exposure, offering insights that help consultants prepare stronger, more competitive CVs for ADB-funded projects.
