FOSTERING GLOBAL LINKS

Based in Tokyo, the Japan Overseas Development Association (JODA) is a non-profit General Incorporated Association that promotes sustainable international cooperation through research, consulting, and partnership facilitation. JODA supports both Japanese and foreign organizations involved in official development assistance (ODA), infrastructure development, and cross-border collaboration.​​

The association serves as a neutral platform to connect public and private sectors, foster inclusive partnerships, and contribute to shared development goals.​

By working across regions, JODA aims to build bridges between Japan and the global community. Its activities include capacity building, policy research, business matchmaking, and strategic coordination for donor-funded projects.
